Quantity Ordering Guidelines
We offer the following guidelines to help you decide how much of an item may satisfy your needs. These are guidelines only.*
- 1 lb (16 oz) of meat
– Makes four 4 oz sandwiches or three 5+ oz plates - 1 slab of baby back ribs (13-14 ribs)
– Rule of thumb is a half slab (6-7 ribs) serves one person - Third Pan (12” x 6.6” disposable aluminum pan)
– May serve 8-10 people depending upon serving size - Half Pan (10.5” x 12.5” disposable aluminum pan)
– May serve 15-20 people depending upon serving size

All we can tell you is that we apply these general rules when determining quantities for catering orders.
